Delete your ReplyMagic data.
It’s your data. You can take it back at any time, with no friction.
Two ways to delete
1. From the dashboard
Sign in at https://app.replymagic.ai → Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data — including IG-derived content, settings, and analytics — is purged within 30 days.
2. By email
Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We’ll confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication tokens
- Connected Instagram metadata (handle, post IDs, comment IDs)
- Brand voice profiles, tone settings, banned-phrase rules
- Generated reply drafts and history
- Analytics derived from your account
What we may retain
Aggregated, anonymized usage logs (e.g. server error metrics) and any records we are legally required to retain for billing or fraud prevention.
